The ASPECT Targeted Skills Shortage program (TSSP) helps businesses and non-profit organizations grow the potential of their low-skilled employees by providing access to funded training for eligible staff.

The program is an initiative of the BC Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation. TSSP provides up to $1500 per employee to a maximum of $7500 per employer for training activities.
