The Shifting Directions conference is being held in Vernon from October 1-3, 2006. Training Innovations has been selected to participate in the "Best of the Best" presentations on October 1st. The Best of the Best represents employment projects and human resource strategies that have been recognized for their innovation and achievements in addressing the challenges of today's labour market. Tannis Goddard will be showcasing the success of the Career e-Volutions project and sharing her perspectives on the potential that online technology offers to career practitioners and HR professionals.

Training Innovations reached a significant milestone this year, celebrating our 10 year incorporation anniversary! Training Innovations attended the Career Development Conference in Vancouver from March 1-3. The theme of the conference was “Building a Career Development Highway”. Tannis Goddard participated in a panel discussion with other industry leaders on innovation in the field of career management.
